Waves is created with just one charm pack and a background fabric. This 45-1/2 x 56 inch throw is stunning in these rainbow hues but would also shine in red, white and blue fabrics for those summer parties. This variation of a quarter-square triangle is trimmed with the Creative Grids Half-Square 4-in-1 Triangle Ruler.
