Constructed with six wedges to create a hexagonal base, the Hexy Bottom Bag is simple to put together and full of possibility. Use a different fabric for each wedge for a fun, scrappy look. Add coordinating pockets for extra storage. Or toss in one wedge of color for easy scrap sorting. Use a laminated cotton for the lining to make it water-resistant and easy to wipe clean.
You need:
Outer Fabric: 1 FQ (or 1/4 yard if directional)
Inner Fabric: 1 FQ (or 1/4 yd if directional)
Pocket: 1 Fat 1/8
Medium Weight Interfacing 2/3 yard (Pellon SF 101 works great!)
