Simple and Whimsical are the best words to describe this Quilt Kit. Featuring the Cheap Sunglasses and High Tops prints by Alexander Henry Fabrics paired with Robert Kaufman's Pearl Lights Dots fabric assembled into the "Berry Smoothie Quilt" pattern by Heidi Cook for Villa Rosa Designs.
Note, we rotated the blocks to be Horizontal instead of Vertical like the pattern shows because we figured out after assembling our blocks that the sunglasses print is actually directional (whoops). Included in the kit is enough fabric to cut the glasses the "right way" to assemble the blocks as they show on the pattern, doing so you might not have enough of that print for binding. If you cut and assemble the way we did you have plenty of the sunglasses for the blocks and binding.Whichever way you choose this quilt is sure to turn out great!
Quilt finishes 48.5"x72" (the way we did it) or 52" x 64" (the way it goes on the pattern).
