Sew & Strip Retreat

Join us for two great days of sewing, food, learning, friends, and more. We are featuring Stripology education by Jennifer Halbur, a certified Stripology Ruler Instructor. She will be demoing all 4 of the Stripology Rulers. You can expect to learn: what features each of the 4 rulers has, useful accessories for the rulers, how to cut strips with NO elbows, how to use the rulers to cut 1/4" and 1/8" increments, how to use the rulers for HST, QST, and flying geese. Jennifer will also be present to assist you using the rulers both Friday & Saturday!

In between break out sessions, you can work on any projects you'd like. 

Cost is $110 if you register by September 6. After September 6, price goes to $120.

We will provide:

-Workspace/tables : Depending upon attendance we might put 2 people per 8 foot table

- Demos - by Jennifer Halbur, Certified Stripology Instructor.

- The following meals:

     Friday: Supper

     Saturday: Lunch and Supper

- Prizes

What you should bring:

-Sewing machine (do not forget power cord, and foot pedal), basic sewing supplies, and any projects you would like to work on! You will also want to bring along any Stripology Rulers you have.

- You may want extra lighting at your table, so bring a lamp or sewing light.

-We will have a "snacks to share" table. So bring a snack to share!

- Extension Cord and/or a power strip

-You may want to bring your own ironing station for your group or to share. We prefer that not every person bring a full size iron & board.

- You might bring a comfy chair

We do not have overnight facilities at our retreat location. There are two hotels in town. Langdon Motor Inn & The Cobblestone

Class Cancellation Policy
Things happen and you can not make it we understand here is our cancellation policy.
If you cancel prior to 7 days before the class we will give you a full refund as in store credit.
Cancellation from 4 - 6 days we will refund you 75% of your purchase price in store credit.
Cancellation from 2 - 3 days we will refund 50% of purchase price in store credit.
Cancellation or no show 0-1 days will receive no refunds.
